UPDATE November 16, 2013 - MANDATE RECEIVED: November 5, 2013 was ELECTION DAY. According to Warren County Clerk, Phillipsburg, New Jersey has 7909 Registered Voters. Of 7909 Registered Voters in Phillipsburg, 2403 cast a ballot in the State Senate Race. Of those 2403 Ballots, 52 Voted for DANIEL Z. SEYLER. An attempt to verify the vote counts for Phillipsburg, New Jersey required a $4,000. deposit. I couldn't afford to invest that much money to verify the EXACT VOTE COUNT. I will always wonder if more than 52 voted for me in Phillipsburg, but doubt a recount would change the final results. In my opinion, this vote is a mandate for increased Taxation and increased Spending, in short, 98% want SOCIALISM. Sorry we didn't have a better showing. May God bless us and keep us well.

The purpose of Government is to facilitate progress in ways that benefit all people regardless of Race, Creed, Color, National Origin, Gender, Political Affiliation, Age or Physical Ability.

Since 1988, I've been talking about an Organization that manipulates our lives to benefit their members at the expense of American Citizens. In 1988, President Reagan identified an Organization he named, "The Iron Triangle". The Iron Triangle, he said is made up of Special Interests, The US Congress and The Media. I asked the question, "What about the influence of Big Business?" I more accurately called The Organization "The Iron Cross", made up of Special Interests, The US Congress, The Media and Big Business. From 2008 through 2012 The Organization perpetrated a financial coup that looted the United States Treasury of Trillions of Dollars.

In 2010, The Organization targeted me and increased the assessment of my property in Phillipsburg, New Jersey to $858,000 an acre. Our government clearly practices taxation extortion, I use a portmanteau to describe the activity our government practices, "TAXTORTION".     Similar to the feudal taxtortion practiced in 1775 by King George III, the government of New Jersey assesses property value based on greed to extort revenue and pay for extravagance. In 2013, our government overspends by approximately thirty percent. The only rational response to overspending is to reduce spending. Governor Christie is on the right track.

To assist residents of New Jersey and to check our FEUDAL GOVERNMENT, I wrote two measures: 1) Homestead Retirement Resolution In essence, a person's home is their castle and a life long investment. Many people depend on the home investment to provide retirement funding, therefore; the government agency that assesses the property should be required to guarantee the assessed value of that property to the owner who occupies their property. Also, 2) SENIOR FREEDOM will make retirement easier for New Jersey retirees and disabled residents by allowing an exemption of property assessment by 1000 Square feet of floor space.
